IBS builds applicators up to your requirements!

This applicator can stick up to 5 label on a box,  where one label has to be placed on the front side. The printer feeds the label on a roller shelf and the applicator’s vacuum plate picks it up from there. This reduces time, because the printer can print the next label during application process.

The applicators from IBS are built with pneumatic elements and and industrial electronic controllers and can therefore resist difficult environment. Numaco installs and services the applicators on site for highest productivity.

IBS applicators in automatic warehousing.

This applicator can stick up to 6 labels in format DIN A6 on a box. The printer feeds the labels on a vacuum plate and the applicator places it precisly on the designated position. Day after day and around the clock this facility labels textile dyes in up to 12 languages for shipments around the world.

Machines for highest productivity in industrial environment. The connection to the host computer synchronizes the printer with the changing orders and is responsable for correct and precise labelling all the time. Two parallel applicators guarantee restless operation and allow delivery at any time.
